This week I wanted post something celebrating Samoan language week and I thought showing you the pics from garden to table would be a great.

Here's us shaving the coconut
in to coconut grinds.

                                                 

                                                                     After that we had to wash some straw and thoroughly
                                                                   mix the grinds till it turned into coconut cream.
